Whole30 Day 1


 Reality hits tomorrow, so I’ve been prepping Whole30 meals that I can pack for work. I’ll also need to wake up earlier than I had been on my few days off to fix myself a decent breakfast. Coffee and coffee alone was my go-to morning “meal” for way too long.

Day 1 Rap-up

 Whole30 Breakfast: Egg fried in clarified butter, sauteed spinach, raspberries, homemade pork sausage patty (loosely followed this method), avocado slices, black coffee.





Whole30 Lunch: Shrimp drizzled with clarified butter, apple slices, almond butter, green olives.




Whole30 Dinner: Chili with avocado slices and cilantro, sweet potato “chips”, caramelized brussels sprouts.
 
On to Day two...
